Vinmakarens beskrivning:
12 hours on the skins, fermented in a steel tank, a little amount in a Barrique Barrel, controlled malolactic fermentation began in the tank, the still fermenting wine was filled in March 2022 with about 12g residual sugar and it completed the malolactic and alholic fermentation in the bottle
11 vol %, unsulfured & unfiltrated, ideal cloudiness, clear structure, in the colour a mat gold straw yellow, in the nose spicy harsh, though fresh, taste is creamy, soft, fine elegant carbonic acid
