Trossen Purus Purpur 2018
Vinmakarens beskrivning:
The PurPur is a dry country wine, composed of Dornfelder and Pinot Noir grapes. The Dornfelder grew on lush, humusy, ancient farmland consisting of sandy loam and dozens of herbs, beetles and many earthworms.
The Pinot Noir comes from an old slate site in Kinheim, slightly sloping to the south, and everything was harvested by hand by happy people in September and October, partly destemmed by hand and partly fermented as whole grapes in open vats.
The wine was then allowed to rest on the yeast until May and was carefully bottled without sulphurization and filtration.
The colour is a bright purple, the texture is silky and handy, does not seem too heavy, but has more of a dancing quality.
There are enough fruits and herbs in the glass to delight mouth and nose. Acts like a light sedative after a stressful day.

Mat: Här är vinet till den smakrika umamihamburgaren. Öl kanske går med en big mc, till alla andra burgare behövs rödvin. Tryffel eller kimchimajon funkar bäst med rött och här finns inga tanniner som clashar med grillytan på burgaren.
